The company's objectives are to provide safe work environments, minimize the risk of injuries and illness to workers and the public, and to comply with the laws and regulations regarding health and safety. The company is governed by a written comprehensive Health and Safety Plan. Personnel engaged in site activities are trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120.
